*Oak Flooring is available in each of these stain colors.  Hickory is available in Natural, Gunstock, and Saddle unless a special order.  All other species are available in Natural ONLY unless a Special Order.

Purchasing pre-finished flooring saves time and money, without losing quality.

As a matter of fact, buying pre-finished items guarantees that the finish is applied properly and has complemented the wood accordingly.

Buyers will know what they are buying and will not be surprised once the items have been installed.  Also, buyers will not have to wait because there is no drying or sanding time required.

To get the high quality finish we offer, one would have to spend days sanding and reapplying to get a finish with 10 coats.  These 10 coats are necessary and have four specific features:

• High Endurance Wear Layer - This protects the finish from becoming dull and worn.  This is especially important in high traffic areas, so that the items stay glossy and uniform in appearance.
   
• Scratch Resistance - The luxury finish uses an exclusive formula that decreased the ease of scratches and minimizes their appearance.  However, protective measures are highly recommended.
   
• Polish - Often finishes appear hazy and cloudy, which blocks the true beauty of the wood, giving it a dull appearance.  Our finish ensures that each item is polished, so that the natural beauty shines through a layer of glossy top coat.
   
• Smoothness - The finish has a consistent appearance, with no raised bumps or bubbles.  Also, this smoothness gives the finish strength, so that it will not wear down easily and need re-finishing.
